If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept non-personalized items in their original and unused condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item was damaged during shipping.
Personalized items may be exchanged if the item is defective or an error was made on behalf of the artisan.
Return Instructions
To return merchandise for an exchange or refund, follow these easy steps:
1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing
returns@bluesnailgifts.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Item Number
- Reason for Return
2. You will receive an email from the Blue Snail Gifts Returns department with the RA# along with the address on where to return your merchandise.
3. Return the merchandise, along with the RA#, to the attention of Blue Snail Gifts Returns to the address specified in the email.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card account upon the receipt of the returned merchandise.
No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA#’s are valid for 7 business days after issue.
